Welcome to 1st Kings Langley Scout Group!

1st Kings Langley Scout Group is led by dedicated adult volunteers who provide engaging youth development activities, helping to build resilient and confident boys and girls aged 5 to 18 in the Joey Scout, Cub Scout, Scout, and Venturer Scout sections. We warmly welcome adult volunteer Scout Leaders, committee members, and parent helpers. By joining our committed team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our youth, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

We offer fun activities for ages 5 - 18 on different afternoons throughout the school week. These activities include bushwalking, bushcraft, bike rides, archery, cooking nights, campfires, camping, water based activities, knot tying, navigation and games. Most nights, we meet at the Lalor Park Girl Guides Hall located at 35A Wheel Street, Lalor Park, however, some activities are off site.

Our Scout Group is deeply engaged with the local community. We frequently host fundraising events such as Bunnings BBQs at Seven Hills Bunnings, sell Freshly Cut Christmas Trees, take part in Clean Up Australia Day, ANZAC Day Dawn Service and our Venturers march in the Sydney ANZAC Day parade. We also organise family camps where everyone can gather around campfires, go bushwalking, canoe, and enjoy quality time and a meal together.
